Project Leadership Team

The Project Leadership Team will meet bi-weekly to ensure deliverables and milestones are being met, and to mitigate any additional contract or project risks. The Project Leadership Team will provide executive-level updates to the President’s Senior Leadership Team on a regular basis. This governance and reporting structure will allow the President to report high-level updates to the Board of Trustees as needed.
